Kalamansi Kafe brings homemade Filipino cooking to Sathorn, Bangkok. For this food photography project, I worked with the restaurant’s manager to create a warm, welcoming image of a place where family and friends gather and overseas Filipinos share the food of home.

The styling grew from the restaurant itself: banana leaves, woven serving trays, warm textures and ingredients such as calamansi and lemongrass. The five selected dishes—chicken adobo, halo-halo, kare-kare, palabok and turon—balance the intimacy of home cooking with a carefully composed dining experience.
