2023 · Interactive installation · With Klein Sanchez

Pixel Affection is an interactive installation exploring love, human emotion and artificial intelligence. Created with Klein Sanchez for Synapse at The Warehouse in Talad Noi, Bangkok, it asks what makes our experiences uniquely human and what is lost when art is generated without a human touch.

We gathered responses from thirty-six people to the question “What is love to you?” and animated their words as green, computer-style text. A second projection brought visitors into the work through a live night-vision feed, placing personal testimony beside the immediate presence of the audience.

Developed and installed within a week, the two-projection work brought research, moving image and audience participation together under a tight deadline.
